Vide Circular No. 4 of 2016-17 dated 10th May, 2016, Department of Trade & Taxes has made it a mandate for all the registered dealers to ensure strict compliance with Rule 14(3) of Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005.
Compliance:
1) Prominently display the Certificate of Registration at the principal place of your business within your respective jurisdiction
2) Display a certified copy of the same at all other places of business in Delhi.
2) Also ensure to prominently display your TIN and ward No. outside main entrance of all places of business in Delhi.
